Seborrhoeic Keratosis
These are benign raised skin coloured light brown spots which have a warty appearance .
They rarely become malignant . The exact cause is unknown and may occur on both sun exposed and covered areas of the body.

- Surgical removal i.e. shave excisions for larger lesions
